STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Scope

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of any products or services ("Products") by TT Market Elektronik Limited ("Seller") to the buyer ("Buyer").

2. Orders

2.1 When Buyer places any order, whether in writing or verbally, it shall be deemed as acceptance of these terms.

2.2 All orders are subject to written confirmation by the Seller.

3. Delivery

3.1 The Products shall be delivered within the delivery period specified by the Seller. However, in case of any delay, the Seller shall notify the Buyer promptly.

3.2 Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the Buyer. In case of any damage or shortage noticed during delivery, the Buyer shall inform the Seller immediately.

4. Price and Payment

4.1 The price of the Products shall be determined by the Seller and communicated to the Buyer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payments shall be made using the methods specified by the Seller. In case of any delay in payment, the Buyer shall be liable to pay late payment interest.

5. Warranty

5.1 The Seller provides a specific warranty against material and workmanship defects for the Products. The warranty period and coverage are detailed for each product.

5.2 The warranty is subject to proper use and maintenance of the Products. Any damage or malfunction not covered by the warranty shall be borne by the Buyer.

6. Cancellation and Returns

6.1 The Buyer may cancel or return the Products for any reason within a specified period after receiving them. Cancellation and return procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the policies set by the Seller.

6.2 The condition of the returned Products shall be assessed by the Seller, and necessary return procedures shall be followed thereafter.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.2 The total liability of the Seller shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the Products.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 This contract shall be governed by the laws of England. In case of any dispute between the parties, the competent courts shall be those in England.

9. Other Provisions

9.1 These terms and conditions may be modified or updated by the Seller without prior notice.

9.2 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
